STEP 1 - Remove lid from baby food jar and set aside. Fill jar ½ way with water.

STEP 2 - Drop several drops of blue food coloring into the water and stir until blended.

STEP 3 - Using a tablespoon, spoon in glitter, shells and /or confetti into the jar and blue water.
